This site is a walkthrough on how to get free xbox live points, as well as membership cards.

There are 3 steps to doing this, all extremly easy to follow

STEP 1 : Register for the site

Basically, you register for this site and you don't even need to enter in personal information. As for your name, just make it up if you don't want to give your real one.

STEP 2 : Complete offers:
Once registered and logged in, you will notice a bunch of options at the left. The most important two are View Available offers, and View Available prizes.
First click the view available offers link. You will notice a bunch of different tabs.
If you don't have a credit card or a cell phone, or you don't feel like using them, just do the free offers.
Basically, you complete surveys or register for sites (for free offers) or sumbit a cell phone number or sign up for a trial (cell phone/credit card).
By completing offers you get "points".
Cell phone and credit card offers give more points then free ones, but most people do free offers, (lots do cell phone too)
After completing enough offers and saving your "points", you can trade them in for prizes (Xbox live poitns, and other cool stuff).

STEP 3 : Claim prizes
Now , look on the left tab and you will see something that says, view available prizes. From here, simply select the prize you want, and you will be able to claim it (if you have enough points).

Xbox live points are e-mailed to you within 4 days of purchase. Other stuff such as video games and accessories are mailed to your house, within a week of purchase.

You can get all sorts of prizes, and if they don't have what you want, you can make a request and they will tell you how much points you need to get it.
